These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the PRINTTOLA website (https://www.printtola.com/) and mobile applications, including all products, services, features, tools, and content (collectively, the “Platform” or “Services”). PRINTTOLA operates on Shopify, which powers the Platform and ensures secure transactions and service delivery.

The Platform may integrate third-party services, including Shopify and other partners, to provide features like payment processing, analytics, and fulfillment.
5. Payment & Checkout
Payments are processed via secure, PCI DSS-compliant payment gateways.
PRINTTOLA does not store sensitive payment information (card numbers, CVV) on its servers; these are handled by the payment processor.
You are responsible for paying all applicable taxes, shipping fees, or other charges unless stated otherwise.
Refunds, cancellations, or disputes are handled according to our Returns & Refund Policy.
6. Shipping & Delivery
PRINTTOLA uses trusted courier and logistics partners to deliver orders.
Courier partners only receive the information necessary for delivery (name, address, phone number, and order details).
PRINTTOLA is not liable for delays, damages, or loss caused by the courier; however, we will assist in resolving such issues.
7. User Obligations & Conduct
You agree to:

Not use the Platform for unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious purposes.

10. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Returns and cancellations are governed by the PRINTTOLA Returns & Refund Policy.
Products must meet the criteria for return (unused, with tags, within the allowed timeframe).
Refunds will be processed via the original payment method unless stated otherwise.
11. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
PRINTTOLA provides the Platform “as is” and does not guarantee uninterrupted access.
PRINTTOLA is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
We are not responsible for third-party services, including payment gateways or couriers, beyond assisting you to resolve issues.
12. Termination
PRINTTOLA may suspend or terminate your account or access to the Platform for violations of these Terms.
Users may terminate their account at any time via app/Platform.
13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
All disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Platform, or Services are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Siddharthnagar, Uttar Pradesh.
14. Changes to Terms
PRINTTOLA may update these Terms from time to time.
Updated Terms will be posted on the Platform with the “Last Updated” date.
Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
