Refund policy

At PRINTTOLA, we are committed to providing high-quality products and a satisfying shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and refund process as described below.

1. Return Window

Customers can request a return within 5 days from the date of delivery.

Requests made after 5 days from delivery will not be eligible for a return.

2. Eligibility for Returns

The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Any tags, labels, or accessories must be intact.

Customized or personalized items may not be eligible for return unless defective or damaged.

3. Return Process

Use the return option in your order to initiate the return within 5 days of delivery.

Provide the required details and follow the instructions provided through the Platform for returning the product via our designated courier partner.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund.

Refunds are typically credited to the original payment method within 7–10 working days from the date of successful return processing.

In cases where a refund to the original payment method or account fails, we may request your UPI ID or bank account details to successfully process and complete the refund.

Please note that payment processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Non-Refundable Items

Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.

Gift cards or promotional items.

Products returned without original packaging, tags, or accessories.

6. Exchange Policy

For exchange requests, customers can exchange the item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

Once an exchange request has been initiated, the originally delivered product must be shipped back and reflect an ‘in transit’ status. Only after the return shipment is confirmed to be in transit will the replacement product be dispatched from our warehouse.

7. Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect. In certain cases, we may or may not cover the return shipping charges, depending on the situation and our assessment.

Refunds will only cover the product price; original shipping fees may not be refunded.
