PRINTTOLA partners with trusted courier and logistics services for delivery.
Estimated delivery times:
Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Express Shipping (if available): 1–3 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier availability, or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, strikes, or public holidays).
Shipping Charges:
Charges depend on order value, shipping method, and delivery location.
Free shipping promotions may be offered as advertised on the Platform.
Order Tracking:
A tracking number will be provided via email, SMS, or available on the Platform once the order is shipped.
Use the tracking number to monitor your shipment through the courier’s tracking system.
Shipping Restrictions:
Currently, PRINTTOLA ships only within India.
Orders to P.O. boxes cannot be delivered.
Lost or Damaged Items:
If an order is lost or arrives damaged, contact support@printtola.com within 48 hours of delivery.
We will coordinate with the courier to resolve the issue.
Multiple Shipments:
Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately.
Each shipment will have its own tracking number.
